Poker Tournament Sponsorship Program

 

Overview:

 

We are excited to announce our upcoming charity poker tournament, which will raise funds to support a good cause. As part of our fundraising efforts, we are seeking corporate sponsors to help us make this event a success. By sponsoring our poker tournament, companies can not only show their support for the cause, but also benefit from exposure to a highly engaged audience of poker players and supporters.

 

Sponsorship Tiers:

 

We have seven levels of sponsorship available:

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Royal Flush Sponsorship ($10,000):

• Company name and logo prominently displayed on all event marketing materials, including social media, email newsletters, and event website.

• Company name and logo displayed on event banners and signage.

• Recognition as the Royal Flush Sponsor during the event opening ceremony.

• Opportunity to provide branded merchandise or promotional items to be included in participant gift bags.

• Info table at event

• Twenty Four (24) complimentary player tickets (3 Tables) to participate in the tournament.

2. Straight Flush Sponsorship ($5,000):

• Company name and logo displayed on event marketing materials, including social media, email newsletters, and event website.

• Company name and logo displayed on event banners and signage.

• Recognition as a Four of a Kind Sponsor during the event opening ceremony.

• Opportunity to provide branded merchandise or promotional items to be included in participant gift bags.

• Info table at event

• Sixteen (16) complimentary player tickets (2 Tables) to participate in the tournament.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Four of a Kind ($2,500):

• Company name and logo displayed on event marketing materials, including social media, email newsletters, and event website.

• Company name and logo displayed on event banners and signage.

• Recognition as a Four of a Kind Sponsor during the event opening ceremony.

• Opportunity to provide branded merchandise or promotional items to be included in participant gift bags.

• Info table at event

• Eight (8) complimentary player tickets (1 Table) to participate in the tournament.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Full House Sponsorship ($1,500):

• Company name and logo displayed on event marketing materials, including social media, email newsletters, and event website.

• Company name and logo displayed on event banners and signage.

• Recognition as a Full House Sponsor during the event opening ceremony.

• Opportunity to provide branded merchandise or promotional items to be included in participant gift bags.

• Info table at event

• Four (4) complimentary player tickets (1/2 Table) to participate in the tournament.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Three of a Kind ($500):

• Company name and logo displayed on website

• One (1) complimentary player ticket to participate in the tournament.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Bounty: 6 Available

• A bounty is a feature that rewards a player for eliminating a specific player.  Represent your company by contributing a cash or prize bounty valued at $250 or higher.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Door Prizes: 10 Available

• Represent your company by contributing a Door Prize for our drawing to be conducted during the tournament. Your contribution may be cash or a prize valued at $50 or higher.

Additional Opportunities:

 

In addition to the sponsorship tiers outlined above, we are open to exploring additional sponsorship opportunities, such as sponsoring specific elements of the event (e.g., food and beverage, entertainment), providing additional merchandise or promotional items, or collaborating on social media content.
