Transitional Housing
VCAP will provide one stop shop services via a variety of homes that can assist residents with substance abuse issues, emotional issues, physical issues and to transition back to society regaining a sense of healthy normalcy.

Educational Scholarships For College or Trade School
Serving spouses and independent children of veterans who served and were honorably discharged, retired or deceased.
• Amount of award will be determined by the number of credit hours the scholarship recipient registers for each semester or term.
• Amount of award will not exceed the credit hour requirements of the student’s initial program. Should the student change their degree program, they will be held to their original degree programs credit hour requirement.
• Scholarships can only be used toward one degree at each level (one associate’s, one bachelor’s degree, and one master’s degree).
