VCAP's Mission Is To Provide Support To Veterans and Their Families. Through The Programs We Offer, Our Aim Is To Reduce Homelessness, Improve Financial Stability, Assist Veterans In Applying For Benefits, Increase Graduation Rates From College or Trade Schools, Increase Successful Job Placement, and Promote Entrepreneurial Opportunities In Our Area.
